Information about the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU no. 2016/679)

Pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation, Urban Vision S.p.a. based in Milano – Via dei Bossi 4, 20122, VAT n. 08236441005, as data controller, informs the data subjects that their personal data are processed in relation to the company’s business.

The personal data processed are contact data relating to the economic activity of the data subjects, collected during the ordinary activity of the owner, or contained in the curriculum vitae spontaneously sent by candidates and collaborators. It is essentially information related to name, address,
qualification, company, work experience and/or training, possibly a passport photo – in cases where it is provided by interested parties.

In cases where it has not been collected during the conferment of personal data an explicit consent to their treatment, this is done on the basis of art. 6, par. 1, letter f) of the GDPR, representing the exercise of the company a legitimate interest of the owner who does not override the interests, rights and freedoms of the interested parties, also in consideration of the relationship between the latter and the data controller.

The personal data of the interested parties are also processed by electronic means and are accessible by the resources of Urban Vision, authorized to access for the pursuit of the purposes described. In particular, the data can be used to fulfill the contracts, to make offers and presentations, to follow requests from customers (including potential customers), suppliers or interested individuals, as well as to perform administrative tasks, including that of prepare lists of customers or suppliers in compliance with regulatory, regulatory or contractual provisions,

The data can also be communicated to customers (also potential), to other suppliers and collaborators of the owner, as well as to other companies of the group to which the owner belongs. In any case, please note that the holder may be required to communicate the personal data processed to the authorities, when so required by law.

Personal data will be stored and processed for the time that will be necessary to pursue the purposes described, and also after the termination of the relationship that originally justified the collection, to fulfill the administrative requirements of law or defense, even if only potential.

The interested parties have the right to ask the data controller to access their data, correct or cancel them, and to oppose the processing and to withdraw their consent to the processing at any time. In any case, the withdrawal of consent cannot prejudice the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation.

Should the holder nominate one or more data processors, the relevant contact data will be made available on the website www.urbanvision.com.

Each interested party can exercise his rights by contacting the owner at privacy@urbanvision.com.

If deemed necessary, the interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the Italian one can be contacted at www.garanteprivacy.it.
